Senior TLC West is now open and excited to serve all of Cleveland and Rutherford Counties! Thank you to everyone who helped make this all possible.

All done! Waiting for final inspections and approvals!

We have concrete! In the next week, we expect to have interior doors and power!

We now have windows, soffits, and ceilings!

This week we are seeing things come together, as the teams work on putting up the drywall. 

The teams have continued with the interior framing, ceiling, and they have started forming the outside columns. HVAC, plumbing, and electrical are all expected to be completed by next week!

The teams have continued their efforts within the interior of the building this week, tackling plumbing, electrical, and the HVAC system.

David E. Looper & Company, continually works with contractors to remain on the projected completion deadline. During this week, they will continue working to complete the roof and exterior sheathing, and will begin framing the interior.

Building the Foundation

Board members, contractors, community leaders, and Senior TLC representatives gathered together to celebrate the beginning of the construction of Senior TLC West at the Groundbreaking Ceremony.

Shelby Fire & Rescue completed a controlled burn as a training exercise at 103 T.R. Harris Drive. Shelby, NC 28150, where Senior TLC's second site will be built.
